Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS processing time for your order. If you don't receive any tracking information after the 7 th BUSINESS day please contact us. Also shipping will not be fulfilled on Saturday or Sunday so please DO NOT count those as business days.

 

Each order will be insured up to $100 and if your package is lost, damaged or stolen you will need to file a claim with USPS and UPS. Also there will be an extra charge for additional ice packs and insulation wrap. It is advised that you have your package shipped to an address where it will not be in high heat temperatures.
